Evelyn has extensive expertise in assisting both sellers and bidders in M&A transactions. She advises investment funds and their portfolio companies on acquisitions and exits. Evelyn moreover has experience in negotiating strategic joint venture, shareholder and investment agreements for corporate clients. Evelyn also acts as trusted sounding board for companies and their shareholders when designing solutions to intricate legal questions.

Evelyn’s approach

Evelyn is highly business-minded. Crucial in her advice on any case, is her dialogue with the client on the strategic rationale of the deal. She wants to ensure that she has a firm grasp on the financial and economic aspects underpinning the transaction, to be able to translate these considerations into workable and to-the-point agreements.

Qualifications

Evelyn has graduated from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (Master of Laws, 2011). She has subsequently completed an internship at an international trade consultancy firm in Washington D.C. (2012) and is a graduate of the University of Virginia (LL.M, 2013). Evelyn has been first admitted to the Antwerp Bar in 2013.
